There can be multiple options to face such condition of confusion and problems related with startups. Here startups can generate good sales and also expand scope of business.

Finding new markets. - As we see maximum start ups (around 92%) are there in cities of India.

Understanding the competition, decreasing number of sales of services (except FMCG) and other relative problems, Start up owners can look limitless 'RURAL MARKET'. They can present their model of services and products at affordable rates, as per consumers needs and strategy planning with 7 BOX strategy.

Barter System - By provision of service to receive required goods from the barter can be an option. E.g. sale of farming goods to the client and avail services like technical management from him.

Merchandise - You can merchandise your product or service at existing business center and considering amount of profit some share can be gifted to that center is possible. E.g. If you manufacture chocolates at home base production unit then you can have tie up with nearest CAFE or Coffee Shop to merchandise your product.

Scope Extension - Scope of your business can be extended or upgraded for consumers attention. E.g. If you provide with photography services you can also make a combo at low rate in addition with Videography.

Joint Ventures - startups in India can join their hands in group of 2 or 3 and start with a joint venture for consumers service. E.g. Food supply chain can be managed by 2-3 start ups as per location (Geographic targeting) Blue Ocean Ideology - Bring something great which was never ever before and can't be chased ahead.

e.g. Apple's i- Phone There can be other options too.

However, I repeat my statement, " Start up or to have a business is really a great dream but understanding its scope and market opportunities is equally important too. Lack of understanding will turn in failure" I conclude with one quote "Your startup is a key of implementing ideas but it must go beyond your interests and limits".
