The weapon was lethal, In this society so legal.

They thought it would bring us close,

Didn't know at the cost of being comatose.

This destructive creation was so much needed,

That without it humans thought their lives were mundane.

Their lives became virtually satiating,

As they were indulged in their vicarious living.

They became busy gratifying these internal sources,

That they forgot to battle the war of external forces.

Gradually, their inner darkness was unveiled,

And the tiny monsters were now unleashed.

It slayed many in the name of suspicion, terror & revenge,

But they didn't know they were standing on the jagged edge.

The doomsday was not too far,

As they had designed their own abattoir.

It was all because of the World Wide Tech,

Which was harboring Invisible Poisonous Web.
