Her smile

Early morning, he poured milk into the bowl, kept it on flame and started gazing at the scenery out of his window. The milk had started boiling. He made a move to take the packet of tea, and found out that he was running out of it. Damn it! Not even a half tablespoon of tea powder was left. He would have to walk all the way 10kms to get the tea pack and 10kms back to his home. Then he thought of calling his friend who was living right above the store. He was wondering if his friend could get it for him, but sadly he did not pick up the call. Suddenly, he got a call from his client to enquire about the content, which he was supposed to deliver today. He did not answer the call as he didn't even start to write yet. After the phone stopped ringing, he remembered of taking off the milk from flame, which he had kept to boil. But, he was a bit late. A little amount had already spilled on the cooktop . Uhhh!! What a start! He got another call from his parents, asking him whether he is going to bring the inventory items for the Pooja. He said yes, he would get it. He got dressed and was about to leave to bring the required items. The very next moment he heard somebody knocking the door. He opened the door and saw his girlfriend entering inside with a smile. She was carrying packet of tea and the inventory items which he was supposed to get it for the Pooja. Then his girlfriend unexpectedly asked him, "have you checked your e-mail? I have written the content for your client." Tears of happiness started flowing through his eyes, while looking at her godly smile.
